A response will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your email. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, the deposit which equals to half of your cleaning price paid will be kept as a charge and won’t be refunded. You will also be subject to an additional $25 cancellation fee for any short term notice cancellations. Rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will also be subject to a deposit not being refunded. We understand emergencies and life happens so any and all cancellation and or reschedules are handled by a case by case basis. Our policy is stated as above and is enforced to all clients which no-one is exempt. This is required on all type of cleaning service appointments made and requested. Any refunds will be refunded to the your preferred payment method and sent to your bank within 1 business day of your posted transaction. Please allow 3-10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account accordingly. We thank you for allowing us to service your cleaning needs and look forward to working with you.
